Unistar Announces Approval of Withdrawal From Listing on Amex and Review Of Previously Filed SEC Reports DALLAS, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Unistar Financial Service Corp. announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has issued an order granting the Company's application for the withdrawal of its common stock from listing on the American Stock Exchange ("Amex"), effective November 15, 1999. The Company filed the application for withdrawal as previously disclosed in the Company's press release issued October 22, 1999. The Company also announced that it is currently in the process of reviewing the Company's reports previously filed with the SEC, including the disclosures for prior acquisitions, which the Company expects may result in the filing by the Company of amendments to its previously filed reports.
