Ciao, good observation (re: JV). IMO, this isn't the JV we've all been waiting for, however, it may be tied to a larger deal. I speculate there's a good chance we'll see a barn burner of a press release after the GEM listing and IPO complete. I believe the "big deal" is subject to this happening. Remember, this is only speculation, but I believe it makes sense. If this wasn't the case, and Geoff's IPO numbers are correct, I would say the valuation of TS International is too high. This overvaluation is probably not the case however, as investors wouldn't pay the amount anticipated in the IPO if it was.

On a related note, I like their revamped web site. It's not perfect, but it's an improvement. What they've done with their site is consistent with their '99 Annual Report. They're paying more attention to image, and positioning the Company for the future. This bodes well for shareholders.

Regards,

JT

Does (jk) mean joke or are you really selling on Monday? I'd hate to see you sell a week before a big run after waiting two years.

Andrew referred to a joint venture with a North American company, so I doubt this is it.

You should complain to Randy that they have an obligation to put out a press release whenever their is a material change.

It is extremely frustrating that the only way you can find out information about the company and IPO is through rumours on the internet.

Why aren't existing TOM shareholders given an opportunity to participate in the IPO or at the very least be given access to a prospectus.

If it is taking place in a couple days, it is indeed bull crap that there has been no disclosure.
