I was justjoking wrt selling my shares. If the company intends to raise $97M by selling a 30% interest with shares priced at $1.50, then that implies approx. 60M shares! I don't particularly like that idea. Why would a GEM stock trade at such a low PE multiple of about 10? I'm sure most of the GEM companies will not have earnings. Why not sell the stock based on revenues/market cap or blue sky potential? How do we know that only 30% of the company will be offered in the IPO?

As per the Oct. 28 NR, TOM will list WHOLLY owned subsidiary TSI. TST will own TSI. TST gets listed on HK GEM. TOM still owns 100% of TST. From there an IPO takes place with a rumoured IPO of 30% of TST. It all sounds like a paper shuffle to me. And it's all clear as mud.

Either way if, 30% of TST is valued at $97M, then I would agree with Geoff, that TST alone has a value of over $3 CDN for each share of TOM. What a way to create instant wealth for shareholders. WAY TO GO. If I was in Dao Heng Securities position I would flog TST to ensure a successful IPO, and line up their own pockets with TOMmy shares.

BTW, I wish one of the Sagit Cambridge funds would step up to the plate to clean out some of the 75K shares I heard were keeping a lid on the stock. I would not be surprised at all if TST has a successful IPO.

JT, I can smell that $3 stock now, hopefully we'll get a good taste in our mouths before year's end.
