I've been eyeing HLTH also.
There are times I'm kicking myself my for going long
and there are times I'm kicking myself for not shorting
the stock.

It's funny How Clark is still saying negative things
about Gates at a recent CNBC interview when
He obviously enjoys the MSFT support.
Check put an excerpt from Industry Standard:

Clark will step down and become a director of Healtheon/WebMD, while Healtheon CEO Mike Long will become the chairman and chief operating officer of the new company. Reporters could not help but note the irony of Clark breaking bread at the boardroom table with archenemy Microsoft, which will also have a board seat.

Clark was pragmatic. "My feeling about it is that the business is a very dynamic thing and that you have to do the right thing for shareholders," he says.

In fact, Healtheon executives went out of their way to embrace Redmond. "This is an extensive technology-cooperation [agreement]," Long says. "The Healtheon platform will be an extensive user of
Microsoft technology."

Also, I wonder if there are any NSCP execs left at AOL???
