The early bidding might be a little tame but tech stocks are on fire again and there couldn't be a better time for this. Mergers and acquisitions are a sure fire way for co's to grow more quickly than the competition.

NN is a prize catch and we are going to be very surprised at the ultimate sales price. We will be north of $30.(US) in a few weeks purely on speculation. It's hard to speculate how this game is going to evolve but based on my experience with this stock's movement, the ultimate sales price is certainly between $35.US(low) to $60.US(high).

Remember this is not a fire sale! However,I will be tempted to sell once we start to hit $35. just in case Matthews changes his mind again!

Good luck to all, the next few months are going to be fun!!!!!!

If anything,ERICY will issue shares.Market cap 91 billions and 2 bil $ in cash.
I would not discount ERICY/NN OEM or alliance first, before
possible merger.
Why do you think ERICY would like to pay cash, if they shares are on rise.
If ML target for ERICY (67) is based on ERICY growth, not just was issued b/c of options or trading activity, we may see ERICY market cap 100-120 billions very soon.
