Eric L. So what actually happened? The budget bill has passed the Congress and sent to the White House. So what is in it relating to this? I have heard nothing reported, so perhaps nothing is in it concerning all this. Anybody know?

And while we are at it? Isn't the court due to decide the FCC appeal sometime next week?

The silence and lack of interest in SI on Nextwave is most interesting in itself, no?

Eric - for those of us whose brains are totally "fried" from watching Qualcomm too much, could you please summarize why the latest news is interesting ?
