Doesn't appear to be much interest here after this latest smashing. That is the second smashing of the stock price in 3 months. Obviously management is guiding down some overly aggressive analyst estimates. The insider selling can't be helping either but I can't blame them because I sold too. I reread Antec's third quarter earnings report again for hints about the short-term forward looking view. I did notice the rate of increase in their backlog and bookings is slowing a bit ( Message 11645460 )and perhaps this is what led to an analyst earnings revision for their 4th quarter.
