Thanks for that link bluejeans, but I have no clue what I'm reading..:^)

I've tried everything.. Reloaded windows... Updated windows.. Defragged.. Ran Scandisk..

I can finds no problems..

I finally got Norton Anti-Virus to work off the Start Menu.. I clicked to open it and the scan window opens but freezes.. None of the buttons work.. I just let it sit there for about ten minutes. Then all of a sudden the Scan window blinked and then the buttons work.. There must be a command that the computer is getting stuck on.

Another thing that happens is the mouse pointer will only move around the No.1 monitor.. It will not move across to Monitor No. 2.. Then after I hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and end whatever task is frozen the desktop screen on the No. 1 Monitor gets smaller by about 1/2 an inch all the way around. When I restart the computer all goes back to normal until I try to start another Program..

This is really pissing me off.. I'm about to go to mr.marks link he posted awhile back and order me one of them there Dells..

Might as well seeing I own Stock..<ggg>
