Perhaps the price sluggishness is found in the revenue momentum.
Dec98 $1,384,206
Mar99 $1,694,505
Jun99 $3,578,089
Sep99 $4,930,020

Blistering sun it was in Jun99, now only hot to the touch.
If Jun 99 revs were $2.6M, this is a $40 stock like Exactis.
I am seeing IPO money chasing the QtoQ ration jumps more than annual increases. They are leaving that to institution money. Monday is a pivotal day for the company. Lose money and maybe $19 will be seen. Gain 5%, then it can ride to $27. A good quiet period play. Not always a TA man, but find this chart the one to watch.

NTCR--people will probably figure it out (ntcr undervalued) this week and the stock should have a good week. Hope so.
