Does SNDK receive royalties on CF memory manufactured by competing flash memory makers?

Not to my knowledge. They do have a cross-licensing agreement with Silicon Storage Technology (symbol: SSTI), but I am unaware of licensing fees are paid or whether this was just a technology swap.

Not yet from Lexar, but maybe so after the court rules on the SanDisk v Lexar patent suit, and maybe with treble damages as well!
