Is warning people that there are 100's of thousands of shares with a cost basis of 50 cents that are about to hit the streets or be sold short nefarious? If so, I plead guilty. Anyone even remotely familiar with floorless convertibles knows what I'm talking about. If people not familiar with the concept, you absolutely must look at the floorless thread.
