Well Thx you Jack, got one more Strewie thought before I collapse. I think Tom was eluding to the same thought. Maybe the Idiot Wave in his view doesn't fit the current landscape.

Suppose I was making a speech and wanted to use the IW indicator for beginning Cash reserve. Then in the Q&A someone asked "What does IW stand for"? I'd probably shoot from the hip & say "Ideal Warrants" or "Incremental Warehouse Funds" & they wouldn't have the faintest Idea of what I was talking about... In business there is evolution to fit the place & time.

For Example. TEC is not an original idea of mine, but a gift. I could see the logo in my minds eye. I hired three Graphic Artist before it hit the paper the way I wanted to see it. Then people began to ask me what TEC stood for. In the beginning I said "Technical Electrical Consultants". Well that was way off. Then I said "The Electric Company" and that made us sound like some type of utility. Finally after five years I settled on "The Electric Connection"...

My point is this. AIM BTB probably has a completely different definition than AIM by Veale or AIM by the Web. But it hasn't been primarily upgraded other than by Tom & a few others. If it was Automatic Investment Management in the late 70's, what in the hell is it now? What was Automatic back then?

I'm probably way off base here but I think it is time to reconsider all the terms, concepts and definitions and give the current graduates the credit that is due.

If I am a home builder by trade and I raise a son who becomes an architect and he builds a 110 floor Skyscraper. Do I take the credit for writing the book on single story home building?
