Geoff, I agree with your analysis on points 1,2,3,4 and 5.

I have seen the most progress in presenting the company to the retail investor and business community in the last 6 months than in the last 2 and a half years.

It is clear now why TS TELECOM deferred getting listed on the TSE. I wish management would have indicated this to us earlier.

a. I question whether issuing 60M shares at $1.50 is a good way to raise $97M. Personally, I would prefer to see fewer shares issued at a higher price.

b. If you are looking for TST shares to purchase, refer to my earlier post which gave a link to Dao Heng Securities website. Go ahead and open an account, they should give clients first dibs on IPO's. I would agree that the son will do better than the father.

One outstanding question remains, does China's entry in WTO decrease the desirability of NA Telco's to form a JV with an established company like TS TELECOM who has strong links in China/HK?
