Jack, I get equally steamed (except I spell it p-i-s-s-e-d-- same heat, different smell) when I think of the stock I bought for my son, but especially about the shares I hold in my IRA since I can't even take a tax loss on them. Perhaps we should ask the SEC to investigate why the company isn't releasing news. Then they'll realize that they're the reason, wind up investigating themselves, and finally leave the company alone. More to the point, maybe we should ask them why there are NO independent Directors on the BOD. It seems to me that such individuals, especially if prominent, would be better able to buck the SEC's purported penchant for privacy and openly tell us, the owners of the company, what our salaried employees are up to. Either this is a going concern or it isn't. The 8K merely told us where the company's been and what it's no longer doing. It's about time someone stood up and told us where it was going. Steve
