Toshiba, unlike just about everyone else, doesn't seem to care for PC133. A quick glance at their data sheets at:

Seems to show that they are a bit less competitive on PC133 than they are on Rambus and DDR, but they may be that way because they don't expect much success for PC133 (in other words, they aren't necessarily making these claims just because their PC133 isn't competitive with Micron's and Samsung's (who already have components for 143, 154, and 166 MHZ parts)

Nintendo dumped rambus (in its original, more reliable version) and replaced it with DDR - what grand global conclusions regarding the two memory types do you want to draw from that?

Given the stability and data error problems that have been keeping rambus motherboards off the market, I'd say your argument tends to go against rambus - there still has been no clear announcement that the problems were identified and are understood, just that some configurations seem to work (while others don't), so the ones that seem to work are going to be shipped.
