I'm betting the deal goes through. There has been enough time to make the deal if the deal is to be made. I think on the 29th or hopefully, before, we'll here either good news or bad news, but not another extension.

The hand of justice moves slowly. I believe it will take a long time for the DOJ suit to be resolved. Furthermore, I think it is unlikely that CPWR will prevail. I expect CPWR to suspend tender offer pending outcome of the DOJ action. During this hiatus, it is likely that a more acceptable suitor may approach VIAS. Since the current stock price does not reflect VIAS' intrinsic value, I am happy to acquire more shares from disappointed arbs and other impatient speculators.
