Well, I do not know if the pipelines exist except the pipelines would be an asset and in talking to UAPC they know of pipeleines and I doubt they made the deal without them. As far as the declining revenues they give a reason or opinions for it in the filings. However, I could not find John Hollen and Associates in the filings but Rumor has it his has received compensation from an associate or alfiliate of the company and or a promoter PR firm along with his expilcit inside information. But I do know he is link to that POS BETT now ECNC and I believe he has been compensated there also. You think I am without reason for what I do ... jmHollen is one of the worse cheerleaders on line and IF he is compensated and never supplies a disclose under rule 17b then his profits and gains can be disgorged plus fines. He will not answer questions on his compensation for the public record. However, if you track him on this stock he has been a cheerleader for some time with inside information which I believe he and his associates have been trading on. Ever wonder about the infamous 10M suddenly coming in on Thursday ... know who knew the inside scoop prior to everyone else. BTW he is not alone... Message 11956256 He wants to flame veryone but I believe he is an insider or paid promoter or dang close to being one it is not even funny plus I believe he is or has been paid in some nature. I have put out feelers on his WSJ connection and a lot more. Time will tell but he will not answer the questions that are worded very deliberately about compensation. We shall see. The more he personally attacks the more I get suspicious. :-) Gary
