lawsuits are typical of stocks that have big drops, and somebody comes out and claims there was "selective disclosure" it is a distraction, but most comppanies have insurance to cover this litigation, tax loss selling could be an issue, but should also enhance january recovery, bottom line is, how quick can they get their new wireless software rolled out ? when the street sees they can execute, it will rock! ps this stock is very similiar to neon who also had the lawsuits
