<o.t.> hi t.g. - I guess it is a matter of personal preferences. While I like Dr Grove, I ve no stomach for Gates & co. [note: I am like that all my life, and not b/c I like to kick Gates while he is down, otherwise, I would be like him!] In a way, maybe it is b/c I think the world is big enough for many people. Of course, I do not feel bad if fair competition does weed out the incompetence. So, I see the world beyond the gentle and the agressive, but the competence and the incompetence. To me, McGinn, like McNealy, Grove, Gates, Roth etc. is a highly competent CEO. And look, Chain Al is aggressive alright, but competent? You decide. Remember the adage, what goes around comes around!

best, Bosco
