Gary, My intent was not to imply anything about CSCO as a company. My original comment was that I have seen a sharp increase in defections from an organization here that I have considered a "black hole (nobody leaves)" for years. I have a keen sense to the activity in this area and this movement recently has quite honestly come as a surprise. I suppose that the rising sale prices for the start-ups could certainly be a factor. I know a few guys that walked from 7 figures at ASND/LU that now have 8 figures on paper at SCMR.

Regarding Optical networks, yes, CSCO did raid NT for 19 people and are now going to court. this months Forbes has an article on the recruitment methods used in the optical space. It is an interesting 1 pager. Brian
