just curious why you feel BNEZE can't go lower
No one has reason to buy.
No one has reason to sell except for taking the tax loss, which many have probably done already.

That reads to me that the stock is simply going to sit here (or drift slightly down) on very little volume until news arrives.

This becomes even more true if the spread widens further as a pink.
