1. We will be hiring more brokers and increasing the capacity in our phone
system to handle emergencies. We were lulled into thinking that we had
enough staff and phones by the almost flawless operation of the system
over the last few months.

Olav,

Tried on 4 separate occasions to talk with a warm body but failed. Today was a rather uneventful day on the markets and, if I can't get through to talk with someone today, how the heck I am going to ever get through when the market is tanking!

I've had a constant problem with cancellations...with
orders routed to Herzog, which has been really "off" lately.
I am left hanging with outstanding limit orders
that don't get cancelled, and sit dangling
beyond my control for usually the rest of the day...happened to
me twice today, and once last friday, and a couple of times before.
My acct fails to get updated, I lose the buying power, and sit helplessly by....they are un-reachable by phone ---->inexusable!

like to know if anyone else is having this problem
with order cancellations?

*they are getting very "shakey" in my estimation,now
and I'm trusting
MyTrack's execution of orders less and less
Hopefully, it will not get worse, but too
many times , in the past I've found this is not the case.

Good luck MyTrack, hope you don't have to lose me
as a client so quickly due to growing pains...
and at $12.95 a trade....I do expect perfection!

...but at this time I would not recomend MyTrack to anyone,
rather go with the Executioner, AB Whatley or MB Trading...
unless you are devoted to playing the pennies....
