I think this is gonna be an "ooops" on your part Kevin...in fact if I had known you were getting out I'd've gotten in line on bid. My guess is that open will be too late for it but who knows.

I think the apparent oddity of buying an engineering co. preturbed the market, but if you analyze the situation a little you should be able to come up with a really good reason why they'd do that. I thought of one anyway

Kevin,

I think your reasoning is very valid and obviously the market agrees. The news for short term traders came up short of expectations. The news positions the company for the longer term and will provide a base to support the current $38mm market cap.

The company will need more than $17mm in cash to develop a portfolio of high tech investments. Thus perhaps there is a growing suspicion that a share issue is around the corner. At what price is the question??
