Personally, (just my 2 cents worth) I think the Environmation news should have been the only news on the wire today, without the halt. Then, tomorrow the "Manu-funds" news with a halt.

I did feel a bit of confusion over the reasoning that brought 2 news releases within an hour.

I agree with you and that means that the company dropped the ball a bit on this one as far as promotion goes. Investors like clear stories and the first release today was confusing.

Did your stop get hit?

Ok Keith, sign me up as one of those who "totally missed the point"! (arrgh!)

The comments that you've made (listed below) Keith are excellent and I think are worth considering.

<<< Now move on to JDX. Why did they buy Enviromation?....for very obvious reasons....they now have a core operating company and also now meet all the new TSE regulations.>>>

and

<<There is no way JDX could have bought 100% of a tech. company with $3 million in revenue....it would have cost them more than $20 million. By buying Enviromation they have killed a bunch of birds with one stone. The have a core business when the go to the NASDAQ, the don't have to worry about the TSE listing and for a small amount of cash they have a constant cash flow.>>

When I read the the Enviromation deal I think I got sidetracked and couldn't see the value in it. (I tried) As always, you've presented it in a way that makes a lot of sense! So now that I "see the strategy", would the people who I sold some shares mind giving a few back? <gg!>

Congrats to all those who are still holding and hoping for higher prices. In light of Keith's comments, I think you'll get your wish!

Regards,

Kevin

Keith thanks for that post. I was biting my tongue waiting for it.<gg> When you and I discussed this matter and the complications with the new TSE regs and venture capital plays a month ago, little did I know how accurate your guess would be as to what they would do to solve it. It was a nice piece of pro-active management on their part. So how do I feel about todays activities? I purchased 10,000 additional shares at 3:45 p.m. and have never sold a share.
Regards,
C

Hi Keith

The reaction yesterday to the news was exactly what I was trying to say earlier. The longer the wait for the "news" the better it needs to be or the market will be disappointed because their expectations become very large. So the Enviromation deal blew a lot of people out of the stock because it was unexpected and far less than expected.

You were disappointed initially. So was I. I nearly dumped my shares. when the rally failed above $1.4 I became concerned again. Hopefully Kevin is not right but I see his point.

Why was the Enviromation deal announced first if it was the weakest? I don't generally subscribe to conspiracy theories but maybe someone wants the price down? Donno.

My gut told me to sell yesterday, but I have resisted the urge. Today should tell the story I think.

I think you are making some interesting points about positioning for JDX. This is the only reason that buying Enviromation could make sense for me. Thanks for posting your opinion.

Best to everyone holding. I say today tells the tale.
