As if I should be surprised? A company announces a secondary offering, a huge debt offering, and then announces a 2:1 split to confuse/excite investors- all on the same day. So what? Everything is fair game in the drive to extract money from the public and keep share prices high.

Steve Harmon is negative on icge, did you notice that?

Do you recall if Harmon made negative comments towards any high-flyers last year when b2c was hot - example did he ever say he didn't like Amazon, or any hot company not on his top list? Negative commentary on a high flyer is suicide for an analyst...
