Hi Scott & all - the build out is inevitable. In fact, one would be worried if she didn't. That is why the partial spinoff from WMB and the equity stakes from the likes of INTC and SBC. $440MM [the deal with SCMR is $400MM] is a drop in the bucket. One should be mindful unlike other startups, WCG has already had about $1B revenue. Not too shabby, I would think. The important thing is to get the infrastructure in place quickly to start turning the cash flow. Granted that there is still some risk involved, but I doubt people will wait until the cash flow turned positive to jump on the bandwagon. best, Bosco
