With bookings rising faster than billings, backlogs continue to grow. Up til now, customers have generally been able to get desired delivery dates except for leading edge lithography tools. I don't think that it's desirable for BtB to be greater than about 1.04 to 1.05 for much longer. All that would lead to is longer lead times and opportunities for lesser competitors to make sales simply because they can deliver something regardless of whether or not it's the most effective solution.
