Bob, my gut feeling leans more toward the possible blacklist theory you described as a likely reason for the long stretch of DJ's. As I stated in the past, that would be perfectly ok with me if I was flat out told by E*trade that I was blackballed, blacklisted, inelgible, in IPO jail, specially coded for rejection or had a decreased chance of getting an IPO for whatever reason. But instead they tell me that I have the same chance as everyone else and that it is purely the luck of the random draw.

BTW, I also received the VUSA IPO, but trying to respect E*trade's no-flipping policy at the time, held it and rode it down to the low 30's. Yep, VUSA was one of the reasons that I became a flipper.

1/7 DGIN, 1/7 SKDS. Same non-platinum flipped account. My perfectly clean account hasn't gotten anything since Viador (which has actually paid off by not flipping).
