Yuppers, read or skimmed most of the filings already.

But remember this:

Richard I have not talked to him in months. Interesting that Chip's Blake has now become Naxos boy wonder. IMO a floorless convertible and issuing shares for services did Chip in the last go round. With the right project, timing and capital Paul has the
ability to pull off a winner. It is a long shot and he is long overdue. Paul is very dedicated and works extremely hard. BTW he also never, ever gives up. Not many execs would have remained with this beast. Have to give him credit for that. If one owns I would hold
to see if there is a reincarnation. Count on a roll back. Otherwise, I would sit back and see what the next life brings before doing anything else. I have never liked the balance
sheet but hopefully over time it will improve. In the case of Chip monitoring their quarterly 10-Q's will give a clue of what is going on.

Victorio, Montle can't do a deal just with his looks. The current number of shares outstanding for any penny stock is small. I have already discounted a share dilution of 100% to make the e-commence deals identified in the filings. Even with 40+MM shares, a company business with earnings would appreciate the stock from current prices. I also think that Montle holds enough stock (including children) to want to protect those interests. He should now be wiser for his past failures.

PS, Maxam will use preferred stock to make their deal announced yesterday, no dilution of common. It can be done.
