<<The $3.50 price was just a friendly discussion between me and Claude....if it gets $3.50 by Feb. I get a free newsletter <ggg>>>

The deal is still on... Unfortunately, you will have missed all the good news on BAY <g>

Back to JDX...

I am not surprised by the market action... People were anticipating a second Internet acquisition and they didn't get it.

But..

Gee! I like this Enviromation acquistion... as I think that the water businesss will grow into a very big business well after the Internet bubbles burst, sometimes in the next couple of years.

Although I don't think there is a single chance that JDX will be delisted from the TSE, this acquisition will facilitate the Nasdaq listing next year.

The other announcement about the two strategic alliances is certainly very positive. Even if it doesn't enhance JDX's assets immediately, it increases their chances of building more values for their shareholders in the coming year, by a multiple. I haven't check the record of these two companies...but I trust JDX management.

Being a more of a long term player, this news was good for me. I just hope that they didn't pay too much for Enviromation.
