PartyTime, have you encountered any difficulties with NetZero as your primary ISP during the time that you've used it? Since I moved back to the US, I've been testing a number of fee-based ISPs and I've noticed that NetZero and Altavista give service nearly as good in terms of connect speed. The one time that I used NetZero to download a large file it was a bit slow -- I don't know if the problem was with NetZero or the site I was downloading the file from. Altavista threatens to kick the user off if they don't click on advertisements frequently. Netzero just threatened to kick me off because of inactivity for a couple of minutes. However, even the fee-based ISPs log me out from time to time. Are there concerns of the free ISP closely monitoring the pages the user visits? Also, are there concerns about security even if the user is logged on to a secure web site? Thanks for any assistance.

Peter
