Until they change their tactics, I recommend buying VTSS at each close then dumping on the open (or just before if you have pre-market trading). They run up the stock and then cause it to tank hard in the first 15 minutes of trading. This same thing has been going on for 6 out of the last 7 days (and probably longer as that's where my current chart ends). Only the day of the downgrade did the stock open lower then the previous close. Whether it's newbies buying at the open and causing a runup or a systematic scheme going on is anyone's guess. Something to consider.....It's been worth a couple of points a day.....
