Hi James:

Have been listing and tracking your "new 13's" in a portfolio. One thing is troubling me however. When does a new 13 become a carryover? You used to list 13 Carryovers but I haven't seen these posts lately. Unless they are on the new SI and I am still on the old SI.

Also, when does a new 13, or a 13 carryover, cease to be a 13 at all?
Is it simply when it crosses below the 13 week ma?

Where do you get the 13 week ma from. Is it 13 weeks of trading days?

Thanks,

DOH
