Oh by the way,
Last year at this time Gateway was going to go with AMDs K6-2 but AMD ran into CXT core late mask "design" problems and couldn't come up with enough high speed K6-2s (Max was about 400 at that time but bins were terrible)...
Remember when I said..."It will be different this time" and was ridiculed by the Intelabbees?...
Well, this time AMD CAN deliver the higher speed chips in quantity...and actually make the OEM some money because the Athlon runs on good old PC100 RAM...
