Chris, I scrubbed it in response to your comment. SI had nothing to do with it and as far as I can tell no one complained to SI. I agree with your take on free speech and am a big fan of Nat Hentoff regarding his views on civil liberties. Fwiw its worth I disagree with your take on the joke being offensive. All humour is offensive to someone's sensibilities. Was the joke on the edge? Yes, I thought about it for a bit before I posted it. But I decided to go ahead. I'm sorry if it offended you, that was not my intent. But I don't intend to change my posting. The only thing I would change is not editing the post. But that would only be to safe me the extra work of repeating the joke in pms. Henry
