The message I get is that he will run over me with that Cadillac and I will have to pay for my own funeral.

I don't expect any bones from Hornby unless I bend over.

Unceremonious is perhaps the only way he can duck obligations.

I just wish that someone that gets the benefit of the 48 page report I wrote for him sees fit to remunerate me.

These guys use your property and your work and your reports and drive their stock and make deals. Then they forget to pay. If his stock went up 10 cents on a deal he got from my report that is a net gain of 800,000 dollars in his equity not to mention PP's he can get from the deal. And he says he "disagrees with the invoice", while the "report is great". Well if it's that great and he can fax ten pages that I selected out for him all over Vancouver, then he can pay me for it.

I did this with Ashton mining too. They are the experts. I tell them about diatremes they never heard of and send 26 page faxes to Australia in the middle fo the night and what do they do? Ignore my deal and cosy up to Pierre Gauthier of all people, who had all my reports sitting on his desk courtesy of James Tilsely, his geologist, with whom I had consult with Ashton.

Where did I end up? Watching while they played with my ideas, nary a cent coming my way.

When will the mining industry grow up, stop drinking, thinking that they got it made and pay its seminal workers?

When is a good GD question.

I think they get stockholders to pay them? Where is the money for the people that matter?
