Rainmaker, with all due respect I think that is a bad idea. The distribution of cash would be treated just like a divdend and once the dividend is distributed the stock price goes back to the pre-dividend price. The company has sold off a valuable asset and then not used the proceeds to increase shareholder value over the long haul. I think we could see that $4 per share price increase thru acquisitions that increase revenue. IMO.

I would hope Pascoe could be more creative with that amount of money than give it to shareholders. If what you suggest, actually happens then I would truly be concerned that Pascoe is not the leader I hope he is.
