So, 1 ONSL == 1 EGGS(D) new,
1 EGGS (old) == 0.565 EGGS(D) new

Which is the same. Can't you read?

Besides that, regardless whether you have 0.565, 1, 2 or 4 it is a company whose business concept does not work.

6) I believe the gentleman who posted the conversion ratio may have been mistaken in
his formula. I calculate as follows:
(1.0)EGGS (old) =.565 ONSL(old)= .565 EGGS(D)
(1.0)ONSL(old)= 1.0 EGGS(D)
(1.0) EGGS(D)=1.0 EGGS(new)

I believe that EGGS is made up a bit because:

biz.yahoo.com

Egghead.com files to sell 5 mln shares

They are going to the well very often. Their (old EGGS, not ONSL) last offering is only back a few months, in March 99.
