You are right about Artisoft and its Televantage product. It is surprising that there has been so little coverage until recently. Hopefully it will become a standard in the telephony industry. What do you think of Altigen which is apparently the lead competitor.??? Do you have a view on Intervoice?

Thanks, Tim I'm a little tardy in responding because of a bout with the flu. Hopefully I'll be over it in a day or two. I originally got involved with Artisoft when we used their LANTASTIC at the main office in the U. S. and the main office in Europe, as protection against failure of our NOVELL networks ... because we could run both systems on the same set of cable (Yes, I really believed Novell might fail. Ah, well. Live and learn). Over the years, I've kept an eye on Artisoft. They have been getting wonderful reviews of their telephony products for a long time ... now it is beginning to look like they have an idea whose time has come. Fred
