I endeavor to provide information to the thread for potential customers and investors. I post my opinions good and bad. I have said many good things about TRAC in the past, including my $50 12 month price target. I do believe this problem is only a temporary result of your recent explosive growth, based in large part on good things said about you here on SI. Therefore, as a person of integrity, I MUST also post negative information if warranted. IC P.S. the credit has now entered my account. More proof that TRAC is as good as their word.

I want to publicly withdraw my referal of Mytrac here, as a broker... Sorry, but they totally have over-extended themselves, and misjudged their growth... Message 12088120 They are having more and more problems, continually, impossible to get thru to the trading desks during the day, completely under-staffed and i've been given every indication by the trading mgr i spoke too, that this is a situation that won't correct , anytime soon... have had cancelled of orders that stand un-executed for over an hr, till after the trading day... and forced to hold positions ovrnight , i had no intention of holding. This has happened repeatedly. while in the meantime , my buying power diminished by the outstanding order. I was told, by their senior trader, he would call me first thing the next morning, seems he had to go on vacation! That incident , cost me $8k or thereabouts. And , once again the run-around I got with Etrade begins, and catch 22.... Their answer: call a broker. ..... Have not been able to get thru to a live broker for four days during trading hours.----> inexcusable, totally! Acct positions failed to get updated and they are nothing short of getting a failing grade now as a broker. Plus they have no waiver of software fees, for frequent traders , like the more elite trading companies do... In short, MyTrack has over-extended themselves totally & completely fails the grade. ;-) 2MAR$
