They sound yummy. Are they hard to make? I agree that the turkey meat shouldn't be treated like a leftover, but as the ingredients for a new meal. I love turkey, and could eat it at least once a month. For carving I get to have the tenderloins, those two small ovals on the back by the wings. They are the tastiest part.
