NT: That was a good one! I believe Mr Astor gave up his seat in a lifeboat and his life as a result. His name was William as well I think. The captain could have never foreseen the problem and yes given the circumstances of the coliision the boat was poorly designed. Maybe MSFT was not designed to withstand the torpedos of the US govt. under the direction of its competitors. Time will tell to what extent damage control will be necessary. In the meanwhile the good ship HM MSFT is steaming at flank speed!

You are full of similes today but this one was particularly tasteless and reflects a certain poorly concealed bitterness, revealing your Cheers as a base miscasting of the word. JFD
