The technology is going to move much more rapidly that the culture's ability to "deploy" images and relationships for it. That makes me think of AT&T again ... they are already very close to the conceptual and business structure needed to embrace the fully formed vision.


I agree fully.

I simply can't understand why investors bid up money losing "internut" stocks and overlook a company like T.

since you're talking about T, may i ask this OT question?:
george gilder thinks T can't win in the telecosm because it seeks to combine content with transmission. he believes the winners are those who'll be content to supply "dumb" bandwidth and the lowest price. whadaya think?
