Hi nickel,

Concerning your comment:

<<Am I correct in assuming that the significance of the new discovery of The Ryan's Pond zone encourages you because of the possiblity that there are at least two major feeder zones coming together at the vicinity of the Ovoid.>>

Nope. VB feeder-conduit zones are: generally perpendicular to the suture; are offset by both right- and left-lateral shearing; but, in general do not intersect. The Ovoid is rich and shallow because it is near the suture.

Ryan's Pond is significant in that INCO has found a NEW EW-trending feeder-conduit--this new conduit may also have a rich/shallow "Ovoid-equivalent" near the suture.

Other EW-trending conduits may be nearby too. The exploration game at Voisey's is getting quite interesting again for people like me. (Let the politicians and bureaucrats haggle amongst themselves in St. John's & Toronto--the more important stuff is happening in Labrador.)
