So I have to admit I am feeling really ticked about these frivolous lawsuits. These people got a product that took billions of dollars to develop at a pittance. $89 retail plus all the rebates offered etc...These people that feel overcharged are the same bunch who sit on their couch munching pork rinds and buying shlock from QVC. These people probably bought their cheese whiz Elvis print for $250 - or they are of the scumbag attorney type.

The US should modify its laws to not allow these types of lawsuits to be taken on contingency and to immediately require payment of the defendants attorney's fees on a loss buy the plaintiff.

Larry...

P.S. Sorry if I offended anyone but this is just getting insane. Also if you are a poster to this or any SI thread then you probably have much to be thankful for ( I know I do) so I wish all posters and lurkers the very best on this Thanksgiving weekend and take a moment to reflect on all we have to be thankful for.

It Appears that When Microsoft's Stock Movies Up another Cock Roach files another frivilous Law Suit.

The stock of Microsoft moves up over two points today and after the bell, Florida launches its own class action suit against the giant software company. I think the country must be really fed up with all the scumbags that are coming out of the woodwork. What a disgrace and mockery of justice these worthless parasites are. Next I guess we will learn that life exits on others planets when we start seeing class actions suits from other worlds filed against Microsoft.
