Robert Brown, chief executive, told analysts Bombardier is on
track to achieve a forecast 30% gain in earnings for the full year. It
is negotiating with "several parties" in the consolidation of Europe's
transit equipment industry now under way.

Any ideas on who or what type of "consolidation" they're refering to.

Hi Laurie,

You can look at the NP and Globe news for free on their websites. Not sure if you knew that. I actually don't understand why people bother to subscribe to the paper copy anymore when the important stuff is all on their sites. Maybe the ads I guess. :o)
