JOQ, you are asking questions that have complicated answers, that are still research studies. They consist of
coupling of the oceanic currents to the atmosphere.
There is a large conveyor current that links the various oceans together. The main effect of La Nina can be traced to how well the currents move through the Straights of Malacca, if I remember right a seminar I attended few years ago. Here are a couple of links to NOA.

AGA reported a decline of 20 bcf.
This is from Yahoo OEI board, believe expectations were much lower. Can anyone confirm both, actual decline and expectations.
BTW - even though the markets are closed tomorrow, Brent can continue going up right?
