Philip, I agree although VICL is very tight-lipped in my experience. On rethinking my prior post, the stock seems to have gone up too much for two Phase I vaccine trials no matter their great import. I was trying to guess what the engine could be and now I think that it must be some kind of partnership on the cancer drugs that is very rich for Vical. I have no information on this but I don't know what else could double the price. I don't think a buyout is there at these prices (too low) but you never know.
