Glenn that's my point- ON THE PHONE, not the internet.

Why bother with the internet, when you end up on the phone anyway? I have given up using the net for most customer service things, and so has my wife. Keep using the phone 800#'s- it's much easier to talk to humans rather than scribe to programmers.
