Steve: Thanks for the excellent list of important issues to follow going forward to monitor Q's progress and to try to create some reasonable earnings model. I have printed it out and will use it as the start of a worksheet to which I will modify as events change and other issues surface. Could you explain to a layperson what a software stack enhancement is and its relative significance. At dinner today my brother-in-law told me his roommate works for Nextel. It seems his roommate told him that Nextel won a big court decision that will allow them to buy Nextwave's spectrum. I am not up on the matter and am wondering if that is true and if so is that a big positive for Nextel? Also, I am curious as to where does Nextel's iden system fit in to the scheme of things and will they be changing to CDMA any time soon? Thanks, Stu
